Mental Health, Counselling Hours

mental health (4).png

As part of our covid-19 recovery plan, we are dedicating our collective aid resources and time to mental well-being. The pandemic has contributed to psychological and interpersonal stresses, but so have the mitigating measures in place. These stresses extend beyond health and economic repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Anxiety, fear, worry and social isolation are intensified as we go through this difficult time. With what we have, we want to provide professional assistance to the vulnerable, particularly those working within arts and culture - our backstage crew, our art handlers, venue managers, programmers, editors, writers, curators, performers, and artists.

Grey Projects will turn into a counselling space on the weekends, we will be providing free counselling hours with trained professional counsellors. This is an extension of the Novel Ways of Being programme that we were a part of, but this is now an independent initiative. We will provide a safe, quiet and dedicated space for you to talk about what you are feeling and develop ways to improve your well-being.

Reach out to us now.

*Disclosure: Grey Projects' contribution is supported by our part in the ongoing Proposals for Novel Ways of Being programme. We are seeking more funds, 100% of which goes directly to funding counselling hours. To contribute, please fill in the donations form below.

We also welcome donations that will then go into the collective pot of shared funds, which will go directly to funding our varied counselling hours. If you’re interested to contribute to the collective aid initiative, please fill in your details below with the subject: Donations to Collective Aid and we’ll get in touch with more information and steps moving forward.
